We are equipped with 3 Twin screw extruders and 4 Automated Palletizer lines. Our machines customized and designed to offer maximum flexibility, allowing us to handle different type of polymers ranging from Elastomers to Nylons. The custom configurations allow quick switching between colors while ensuring zero defects and heavier reinforcements. Our productions systems are reinforced with custom software that ensure minimum human errors.
Our Lab is equipped with state of art testing machines which allow us to develop custom compounds, provide superior colour matching and ensure superior consistency. We are equipped with Colour spectrophotometer, Nissei Injection Molding for Specimen preparation, Izod and Charpy Impact testing machine, MFI tester, Tensile Testing Machine, Durometers, Specific Gravity calculator, Muffle furnace etc. Dedicated development teams and software backed QC systems ensure speedy developments and consistent products
